Brandin 764-2 ‘P’, 7½ ft 2pc/2 tips 3oz solid quad. I built a number of this model rod in the late 1980’s and early 90’s based on transcribing the taper for a Paul Young Perfectionist to a quad configuration. I always wanted them to be #4 line rods, but like the original Perfectionists I have seen with a size 14 ferrule, those older versions were really better with a #5 line. A few years ago I revisited that design and evolved a rod that is a true #4 line solid parabolic quad of which this is an example. It comes from my personal collection and has been lightly used by myself only, remaining in excellent original condition throughout. Agate stripping guide and Snake Brand snakes under brown wraps and a skeleton all cork reel-seat with pocket butt cap. A lovely four strip parabolic that you are not likely to see again. In original bag with provision for ferrule plug and labeled brass / aluminum capped tube. SOLD
