~Edward Vom Hofe Peerless 355 size 2, 4⅝ oz and 2¾" diameter. Serial number B124, built in 1935. A few marks from use on the sideplates, but no cracks, and all original screws in good condition. Overall I would call the condition excellent and mechanically perfect. About as beautiful a reel as one could put on a fine, light-line bamboo rod. The on / off click works as it should to engage the pawl providing just the right amount of 'drag' for fishing good fish on light lines and tippets.
