He has since then become known for his lovely rods which also incorporate his own unique aesthetic and detail touches coming out of many years as a fine woodworker and cabinet maker. He has the added advantage of living in Bozeman, MT with access to great fishing to test his new designs. This is a fine-tipped, fast action rod at home on everything from the big Beaverkill to the Henry's Fork. Its action I would describe as clearly influenced by my rods, but a touch faster action.
